*Diversity and Inclusion is no longer listed in the company's core values *They laid off most of the Employee Resource Group leaders in February 23 *While C level execs are making 6 figures, they have removed merit increases saying that "management doesn't get merit increases so why should you?" *Pushing "abundance mindset" which is blind optimism that things will go well if you just think hard enough that they will *C level execs are out of touch with reality and have been pushing good people with years of knowledge and skills out of the company by insisting on working in the office exclusively for Engineers and other teams. *The CFO refuses to use the tools the entire company uses and has repeatedly wasted time having Outlook troubleshooted because they can't be bothered to use Google Suite like the entire company is doing. *Constant changes in when bonuses are paid out, how they are accrued etc. In the last two years the bonus payout schedule has changed 3 times. *Edits to Insurance: no longer covering the non-birth parent for parental leave for as long as they were, and basically screwing anyone with disabilities for insurance. *Insurance for PPO went up in price significantly and we were told it was due to the majority wanting HMO options. This left people with disabilities who see specialists having to spend more money on insurance overall and has directly lead to people looking elsewhere for employment. *C-Level execs promised there would be training for all managers to learn, understand, and respect invisible disabilities such as ADHD, Depression, Anxiety etc. and never followed through.
