Lack of leadership - Solutions Consultant Outreach Employee Review

As a team we’re left fending for ourselves as there is a real lack of leadership. Four SCs have left Outreach in less than a month and leadership fails to acknowledge that it’s part of a bigger issue. - Bonuses have been light due to unachievable quotas. Most SCs (if not all) haven’t hit OTE in over a year. - Continued requests to work outside of normal business hours due to poor resource management - Reduction of resources in other departments such as Customer Success have SCs picking up the slack - Told not to expect raises or promotions - Employees near an office are prioritized for promotion/growth in to new roles. This puts remote employees at a severe disadvantage - Constant changing of direction creates burn out and makes it difficult to trust the decisions being made by executive leadership - No 401k match
