Pros
Strong name brand that is known well in the sales/tech space
Cons
Everything else. I was super pumped to come to Outreach and then immediately regretted the decision. From an onboarding experience that was me sitting (in-office) watching videos that I'd later come to learn from my manager were SO out of date he was mad I was spending my time on them, to a sales leader (who is now fired) who had never been a seller before - the whole company is like a bad trip. Culture wise - the CEO is the poster child of toxic masculinity. Wants everyone in office for "the vibes" even though we sit at our desks on Zoom calls for most the day to sales leaders that clearly favor "the boys" versus everyone else. Revenue - missing our number by 80% since Q4 last year, literally bleeding customers and $$$ Customer Success - we laid off all our CS people so our customers have ZERO support if they spend less than $40k a year. Somehow leadership has just learned the trope the 80% of the revenue comes from 20% of the customers, yet they seem to want to punish the 80% and invest absolutely NOTHING in their success - so that 80% will never get even the chance to be part of that 20% and who would want to be after being treated so poorly. Rolling out a new product or functionality that is always half baked or broken - leaving the sellers to SELL THE ROADMAP
