Pros
None anymore. Outreach does have a history of being a great employer and reminiscing the past is nice.
Cons
Between putting the development of product features customers have asked for on-hold and refusing to fix bugs due to a political engineering project for years and and constant back to back layoffs leadership at Outreach has successfully allowed competition to catch up, encouraged or forced the departure of some of their most senior technical employees, and have obliterated company culture. Leadership has made it clear that they plan on offshoring most positions to help with Outreach's "path to profitability" as displayed with the recent moves to offshore nearly all of PDE to India. So now a lot of US based Support/CX employees are just waiting in limbo for their pink slip because it's inevitable. It's depressing and grim knowing what's coming.
