Always waiting until the last minute. Big sweatshop energy. An organization replete with ineptitude at the managerial level, and filled with shinning stars in engineering roles. Too many email/teams meeting job people, not enough people for real work. The company keeps adding layers of administrative work for everything. What used to take me 5-10 minutes, now takes 45 minutes of uphill beaurocracratic battles. Getting anything done around here is like scaling the cliffs of Pointe Du Hoc.
