promised home time every weekend, never got it. opted to be out every other weekend that never happened. expect to be out 2-4 weeks at a time. they never listen to drivers on how to drive. demand to take 34hr restarts when dispatch says to do it even tho it is not necessary, then they turn the fuel card because of this happening. management and the rest of the company play favorites all the time if you're not in the "click" and do everything the pencil pushers say to do then you will not be successful. they do not care about drivers or their families, especially if its a family emergency, they do the exact opposite of helping the drivers out and keep them out an extra 1-3 weeks from their scheduled home time. they don't care about the health and well being of their drivers. all they want is the load delivered no matter what even if the driver is having the bubble guts or is puking.
No room for advancement. they are growing to fast for the industry which is making freight cheaper for the rest of the company and the other affiliates.
