Typical big company. The organization isn't going to inspire growth or promotions from their contracted force, contracted employees have to seek that out. This is actually a failure in all big organizations working on a contracted paradigm. Their company employees are a tight inclusive group who are managed. The contracted individuals are pretty much ignored. A lot of talent is wasted.
