The management staff thinks they are so above their employees and how they treat them. I’ve worked with several companies and never seen anything like this. There’s no privacy in their office they make you sit at a shared table of 4 or more, With no privacy and they have cameras videotaping this bullpen this is a very small office that they have outgrown. The management staff which is the worst Needs leadership training I have seen them threaten coworkers and talk down to skilled professionals with more knowledge than three of them combined. As a result we have very high turnover. They are unable to retain quality/knowledgeable personnel because they understand this environment and will not work in these conditions and therefore terminate their employment. The employees do not have any respect for upper management in fear for their jobs. This is not a good working environment. They have created division among staff. Serious Leadership trading is needed.
