Working at PBG Consulting was honestly one of the best experiences of my career. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported. PBG isn’t just a company — it’s a team that truly cares about its people and its mission. They put a ton of heart into everything they do, and it shows.
Leadership is engaged, approachable, and genuinely invested in your growth. They encourage you to think big, take on challenges, and grow beyond what you thought you were capable of. I learned so much and grew both professionally and personally while I was there.
The culture is top-notch. Communication is open and honest, collaboration is easy, and people actually take the time to say thank you and celebrate wins. Even when things get busy or intense, there’s a real sense of teamwork and shared purpose that makes the work feel meaningful.
Cons
The only real downside is having to leave. I accepted another opportunity that’s a bit more stable for my family at this time, but walking away from PBG has not been easy. It's one of the hardest things. I’ll miss it — and the people — every day.
