Thank you for taking the time to submit your thoughts on working at PBG Consulting. I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience during your time here. Change is constant in our business and thanks to the honest feedback from our employees, we are able to make the best possible decisions that make their lives easier and learn to do better in the process. Related to your comments on leadership, we are working hard in this area and are in the process of delivering training for managers and leadership. Our executive team is actively pursuing leadership program certifications and relies on honest and open feedback from our employees if there are any blind spots that we are not aware of. We strongly believe in honest delivery within the rules of federal contracting for the good of our people and our clients. We take all allegations of wrongdoing very seriously. I am open to a conversation, so please feel free to reach out to me directly. -Pawla, CEO

Pros

Working at PBG Consulting was honestly one of the best experiences of my career. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported. PBG isn’t just a company — it’s a team that truly cares about its people and its mission. They put a ton of heart into everything they do, and it shows. Leadership is engaged, approachable, and genuinely invested in your growth. They encourage you to think big, take on challenges, and grow beyond what you thought you were capable of. I learned so much and grew both professionally and personally while I was there. The culture is top-notch. Communication is open and honest, collaboration is easy, and people actually take the time to say thank you and celebrate wins. Even when things get busy or intense, there’s a real sense of teamwork and shared purpose that makes the work feel meaningful.

Cons

The only real downside is having to leave. I accepted another opportunity that’s a bit more stable for my family at this time, but walking away from PBG has not been easy. It's one of the hardest things. I’ll miss it — and the people — every day.
