      A lot of different opportunities From lean six sigma, reliability to project management ($500k+) Working with plant management Chance to get a lot of experience in different areas of a plant management for a new engineer The industry is protected from market downturns, its essential

      No proper guidance on any of the experience as there are no engineers onsite other than you at the plant No clear career path afterward The vastness of the tasks can be overwhelming Future Engineering opportunities might be limited

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
