Pros

The company stands by their mission. Excellent health insurance. Great perks—subsidized ORCA card, free cooking classes, decent discount. Great co-workers, quality products, nice customers.

Cons

Low pay for physically demanding work. There's little room for growth but some cross-training is usually available. High turnover. Training was mostly learn as you go from whoever you can. Understaffing created tension among co-workers and diminished morale. Maybe better as a short-term or second job.
