Pros
decent pay with predictable raises every 6 mos discount on groceries (only 15% though) subsidized transit pass (90 bucks a year when i left)
Cons
employees expected to accept customer abuse management has very weak people skills, lots of screaming and public shaming, especially by store directors total nightmare for someone not content with playing the whole "union" game very hard to transfer or move up stores poorly maintained, lots of mold and failing equipment
