      Pros

      Decent pay. Staff get 15% off in addition to the 10% Coupons in the sound consumer. Nice and diverse group of co-workers, very understanding and approachable PIC's and great ASD.

      Cons

      Uncompassionate manager. Cut my hours drastically on whims. Managers give you good schedule based on "playing favorites" Never a predictable work schedule. No specific training, a lot of guess work when it comes to tasks. No concept of seniority in the work place when it comes to raises and promotions.

      People are friendly & you get a good salary increase on your 3rd year if you’re a clerk. Great benefits and paid time off.

      Cons

      You get closer to minimum wage for to first three years.
