your coworkers are cool people

Cons

the company is a mess, they just hire more corporate office people who WFH and seem to not make improvements to the company and constantly short staff all the stores while forcing the workers at the store level to take on more responsibility. This causes massive turnover at the store level and a lot of stressed out workers.
