      Great benefits... Insurance, Sick and Vacation pay.

      Cons

      Micro-managed, talked down to and bad communication from management. Upper management will find ways to fire employees when they feel said employees aren't "worth keeping around." You are constantly feeling like you are being watched and judged by management. SD will not confront you directly, but have lower management do the dirty work.

      People are friendly & you get a good salary increase on your 3rd year if you’re a clerk. Great benefits and paid time off.

      You get closer to minimum wage for to first three years.
