Not a good place to work - Order Processing Specialist PCNA Employee Review

Higher ups do not understand processes (make big bucks, cannot offer help when needed but get to travel down and work for months all expenses paid + salary but the real hard workers make peanuts), company makes A LOT of money but they do not give good pay increases, no bonuses, the home office in PA gets better treatment than the very hardworking people in the Miami plant, managers have extravagant holiday parties and dinners but do nothing for the hourly employees, company does not give sick time or vacation time and the PTO accrual is absolutely ridiculous. Work is VERY stressful!!
