Tone Deaf Management - Order Processing Specialist PCNA Employee Review

PCNA was a great place to work. However, over the last few months, things have gone downhill. They constantly launch new projects without any testing or thoughts, completely disrupting their employees. "Say it like it is" is supposed to be a core value, but when you voice your problems or concerns they has light you and sweep it under the rug. The management is a bunch of people who have never done your job telling you how to be better, and constantly adding more to your workload without accounting for it in their expectations. You'll have at least three meetings a week that take away from your job and waste your time, and almost always could have been an email. They read their employee reviews and do nothing to improve. Very disappointed in what's become of the place.
