Pros
If you're willing to put in the work - PFL has an amazing amount growth opportunities available to its employees. No matter what position you start in, you can move ahead into new roles and departments - if you have the right attitude, and show real success at your job. PFL does a fantastic job of hiring smart, hardworking, fun employees. I would consider the quality of the people you work with, and the culture around the office to be the greatest "perk" to working in the company. It just makes such a difference in how you feel when you go to work each day - and in your personal desire to do your best at your job. People actually do have fun here at work most days; and building life-long friendships in the workplace is common. Dogs at work, beer on Fridays, and mountain views from your desk. Zero cubicles. Since leaving the company and moving out of state, I can honestly say PFL remains the most positive, engaging, collaborative and truly fun work place I've ever been a part of.
Cons
When intense challenges face the company and upper management, everybody feels the strain. You'll need to learn to roll with the punches at PFL, and not be scared away by a particularly tough week or even month. Stick around for the long haul, and the company will serve your career at least as much as you served it.
