Pros
I love working with my customers and my coworkers. The idea of automated print marking is a wonderful concept and it is exciting to help my customer utilize this new automated marketing channel.
Cons
The executive management is dangerous and abusive. There is zero opportunity for career advancement or even a lateral move within the company. Struggling to make revenue goals, retain customers, and employees. I adore working with most of the people at PFL, however the relationship bonds are that of those all stuck together in a prison camp, not people working collaboratively towards a common goal.
