Pros

Some of the best teammates you'll ever have. Lifelong friendships are made here. You will get great exposure to the B2B world. The Big Sky Big Ideas conference is impressive.

Cons

Literally the worst management possible. It is a fear based environment. Hostility and a lack of accountability on the part of all management are routine at PFL. If you are considering moving yourself and/ or your family to Montana and buying a house here please think twice. Think 16 times. You risk finding yourself trapped in a stagnant and tiny job market with next to nowhere to turn when it all goes south. Be clear: this company was started by a doomsday cult. Google Elizabeth Claire Prophet. The company was originally called Express Color Printing to match her initials. There is no need for fiction at PFL. The facts are much weirder. The CEO openly harasses new employees, typically female. He openly makes inappropriate remarks to women. He is emotionally and verbally abusive to men and women alike. His mood changes often. It's uncomfortable to watch how he treats people. Upper management are either people with no experience for their job titles or people who have only ever worked at PFL. It's a MarTech company where managers somehow don't know how to use Go To Meeting. They get their professional knowledge from self help books. Do not trust a manager who acts like your friend. They are nobody's friend. You will literally be told to "drink the Kool Aid" by managers. HR won't help you if you file a complaint about management. The company seems pretty great at first, and they have some great ideas, but just give it time. This isn't a safe place to call work.

Pros

Good people, everyone is helpful.

Cons

Leadership has no strategy. The current strategy is just "get the company sold in 5 years"
