Pros
Great product and idea that disrupted the market.
Cons
- Terrible upper management, they shouldn't be running a tech company - No real opportunity for advancement and no opportunity to make the money that you should, base only - Upper management doesn't trust the employees they hire, great example is not allowing employees to go against the status quo - Benefits aren't good for a company of their size, previous employer of 50-60 employees that was family owned were better. At least they have them though - Company says they're transparent but they fail to answer any question that challenges status quo - Wants to be a super niche product in a large opportunity pool, doesn't feel like they want to be the unicorn company they could be - No real long term strategy, you can tell everything is short term thinking and they likely want to sell - The company doesn't do a good job or truly understand how to implement simple ABM practices as a tool that helps with ABM strategy - They fail to recognize any competition and have no urge to win their space - CEO and CMO have no business being in their roles - If interested in working in this industry, look into their main competitor, Sendoso, for opportunities
