Pros

You will learn a lot about day to day business and they have a lot of great people working there, smart people who work hard and give a lot of themselves to the job. Middle management and upper management are not included in this statement though, they are a disappointment. You will most days wonder, where did they get some of those people, seriously? Also, they do pay on time and consistently but you'd better negotiate your salary well in the beginning.

Cons

It really comes down to the fact that only the "Yes Men" survive. If they can "plug you in" to their cookie cutter system, you will survive there. If you are too passionate about your job or want to make things better and offer solutions fixing any of the issues you find there, you will get run out quickly. Therefore, the same deep seeded problems continue year after year, which leads to the horrible turnover. Turnover that they try to hide and are never honest or upfront about, even when directly asked about it. That's why they are always hiring. They say it is because of growth but honestly, they just can't keep the seats filled. And the only way they get away with having people available to hire is because there isn't much of a choice in Livingston for a professional job and they know this. If they were smart though, they would realize how much this really costs the company but they act like it doesn't matter, that there is always someone to replace the people leaving. They work you very hard while you are there and make you work 47 hours per week too instead of the standard 40. Everyone starts out as a TSR and most everyone gets stuck in that job because there are very few places to move up, no ladder at all really. There is no possibility not to get burnt out on this TSR job because it is so demanding and stressful. You are micromanaged to death and held up to impossible standards and goals. Also, they change things around every quarter so drastically that it is not natural for anyone to work in that type of environment. Every 3 months you change who you work with on your team, where you sit, what your focus in that quarter, etc. Nobody thrives in that environment.

Pros

Good people, everyone is helpful.

Cons

Leadership has no strategy. The current strategy is just "get the company sold in 5 years"
