* No product plans or vision * Features are promised/sold before the requirements have been gathered and timelines are always cut short. * Benefits are comparable to a startup despite how much more bargaining power is available * Development seems to be very much a "fix it later" environment - new features are always the top priority so pre-existing bugs go by the wayside. * Negative customer feedback almost never makes it back to business - positive feedback is mentioned the morning after every day it is received * Little to no recognition or reward for performance or achievements
