Pros

Great benefits and entry level training. Daycare on-site. Nice Facility and Beautiful area! Fun people and environment. If you stick around long enough you WILL advance your position (not necessarily your pay)

Cons

High Turnover! High volume of work. Must be fast-paced and multitask oriented or you will fail. Upper management makes rash decisions. People are promoted (in title only) often, but without any input to that decision.
