New Executive leadership, more outside influence, motivated people to get this from a little company to a BIG company. Tons of growth opportunities, a huge emphasis on training, learning, developing people.

Cons

Making sure that there is payroll / dedicated budgeted hours for all of these development programs can be a challenge

-Excellent first job or part-time job alongside school -Really easy work. Fold clothes, replenish merchandise on the floor, learn and use POS for transactions -25% discount on everything -Flexible hours

Cons

-Management was annoying and a pain. Constant micro-management, no positive feedback. -Micro-management
