As a PGA Golf Teaching Professional you can gain some invaluable experience teaching and developing your skills and style as an instructor.
Cons
The work environment was vile. Corporate and upper management were constantly shoving the lack of sales figures down everyone's throat. Any incentives and rewards for employees to sell product were taken by the management for themselves. As a Class A PGA Professional you will be underpaid relative to industry standards. No incentive to teach more. Flat hourly rate with no increase in pay for good performance in 3 years.
