Pros
It's golf retail so there is a lot of golf talk and hitting balls.
Cons
Management constantly cuts hours when plan is not met. They never recognize a job well done but are quick to point out where you are messing up. Your always short staffed so you are doing the work of 2 people but not paid as such. It's all about the bonuses for management. They could care less about you and you'll know it. Don't work here.
