Pros

Good place for someone going to school or wants to get a foot in the door in the golf biz. Meet lots of reps and get your name out there.

Cons

General Manager will promise to help with your growth but that is just window dressing. Benefits are horrendous. Discount program is junk considering that many golf manufacturers have Personal Use Discounts in place but that never is discussed in the stores You get a certain percentage off what the every day price is and in the end of the day the company is still making a ton off of you.

-Excellent first job or part-time job alongside school -Really easy work. Fold clothes, replenish merchandise on the floor, learn and use POS for transactions -25% discount on everything -Flexible hours

Cons

-Management was annoying and a pain. Constant micro-management, no positive feedback. -Micro-management
