Business Outlook
Pros
Interesting work environment, flexible hours, good culture. Built great relationships with fellow co-workers and enjoyed seeing them every day. Plus, working around golf equipment is a great relief from a desk job.
Cons
Poor Management: Managers often times let customers take over. Stores are often disorganized. Managers often times did not inform employees about changes being made or new additions. Very poor communication.
