Pros
My schedule is consistent, mostly left to do my job and take care of customers. There are good discounts from the vendors, training opportunities, and some very good people. Paychecks are never late, benefits are a solid 7.5/10,
Cons
-Communication from Corporate is abysmal -Nobody is on the same page -They are rushing to open as many stores as possible, culture is dying rapidly -They don't follow their own core values anymore Everything is turning into growing pains, and efficiency metrics, yet can't track them correctly. The home office senior leadership team is having HUGE changes made by people who have never been in the roles they are making changes to. It has become extremely frustrating with the kind of changes they are trying to make. They no longer seek any input from store level up, they direct from their perch, and scream "we are a family" and it is just plain insulting. It was a great company to work for. Serious changes need to happen with upper management and top senior leadership. There are a few very rotten apples.
