The work schedule is great 4 days on 4 days off

Cons

The pay isn’t great, nobody’s on the same page with anything going on, and nobody really cares and the few who do don’t matter and get brushed aside for people who are brown nosing. There so many health and safety issues going on here I’d never eat food that came from here
