Pros
PIH is a great culture to work in. Employees voices are heard and solicited by Administration in order to ensure we are always carrying out the best care for our patients. There is opportunity for growth. I have worked here 21 years and have 5 different jobs here which have given me the ability to learn, grow, and challenge my practice. The environment is clean and the people are always friendly. I love coming to work and cannot imagine working anywhere else.
Cons
It is such an enjoyable place to work that one can easily get caught up in their day or a project and find that they have spent too much time here. It is important that you set personal limits in order to maintain work life balance. Maintaining this balance however supported by Administration and our Care Model.
