great company benefits, terrible management- pharmacy technician - Pharmacy Technician PIH Health Employee Review

i worked in the pharmacy and the culture there is toxic. the pharmacy manager is mean and nasty and gets away with treated people badly because she has other people do her dirty work. i was excited to work here and everyone told me i wouldn't be in a couple of months. when i asked why they stuck around they said that the company benefits were worth it, but even then people were looking for other jobs. also if you're new, expect to work the worst shifts ever. you'll work an evening shift on day and graveyard the next.
