Pros

Good work to life balance Mon-thur Simple work when you get the hang of it Teamwork is encouraged They have a per diem for mileage since this is overnight traveling merchandiser

Cons

Overnight can take a toll on body so sleep well Very inconsistent with giving full time position starting off part time . Says it takes 3 months and you have to be recognized but there’s other people who just come in full time. Needs to be fixed

Pros

Generous PTO. Seriously best in the business starting off at around 15 days Room for advancement Ability to shift easily to different teams if one isn't a good fit

Cons

Lower salary. If starting at ASP level, will consistently underpay as you get promoted. Getting a little too corporate. 2 days in the office isn't terrible but with Kroger full time RTO the idea of adding more in office days is in the air. The 8th floor is new and awesome but the 10th floor sucks
