Pros

steady work, work in the same store week after week, good rapport with Kroger Associates.

Cons

No paid administraive time. All paperwork has to be done off the clock which is illegal. MR's are allowed to bully and threaten Kompass reps to increase production.Kompass reps train new employees without added compensation. Kompass reps are punished for not being available for 40 plus hours per week although they will not receive 40 + hours of work. No benefits. No annual raises. Toxic work environment.

Pros

People you work with, side by side are great. Work is typically not mentally difficult but can be physically demanding.

Cons

They changed work start times from 6am to 4 am, often times with drive time an hour to the stores when in Louisville. Out of town means you check into hotels Sunday nights after 3-4 hr drives and do not come home til Friday afternoon got 5-6 weeks at a time or more and you have to carpool with someone.

Pros

PL Marketing scheduling has no weekends and observes major holidays. You often meet amazing people from various backgrounds by traveling to different store locations. Our start time is usually consistent from 6 o'clock in the morning to 3pm.

Cons

This company is designed to promote and advance whites only, predominantly the men, in roles of authority. The "who you know system" with Kroger allows this company to operate from a cultural divided. Kroger stores share a responsibility in ensuring that their outside brokers are not racist and PL Marketing is one of those racist companies. Black associates whom try to get advanced are treated with backlash while the white workers are groomed and individually selected despite poor work performance. PL Marketing also allows white workers fraternize but separate and terminate black workers who do the same.
