Getting a good manager gives you a lot flexibility, ability to learn, and fun opportunities to work on various projects with cross-functional teams.

Cons

Sometimes being on the service side can be hectic. Lots of volatility at Kroger.

Pros

Generous PTO. Seriously best in the business starting off at around 15 days Room for advancement Ability to shift easily to different teams if one isn't a good fit

Cons

Lower salary. If starting at ASP level, will consistently underpay as you get promoted. Getting a little too corporate. 2 days in the office isn't terrible but with Kroger full time RTO the idea of adding more in office days is in the air. The 8th floor is new and awesome but the 10th floor sucks
