Lots of PTO and 3 WFH days per week

Very low salary, they expect you to work longer than 8-5 every day without compensation, they value a culture of blame when someone makes a mistake.

Pros

Generous PTO. Seriously best in the business starting off at around 15 days Room for advancement Ability to shift easily to different teams if one isn't a good fit

Cons

Lower salary. If starting at ASP level, will consistently underpay as you get promoted. Getting a little too corporate. 2 days in the office isn't terrible but with Kroger full time RTO the idea of adding more in office days is in the air. The 8th floor is new and awesome but the 10th floor sucks
