Pros

Monday-Friday, fun co-workers, understanding management. Markdowns and disco items are nice perks. Early start times, 6am-2ish, leaves your day open for rest of your to do list and a nap. Minimally stressful job. Direct deposits.consistant on break times and lunch schedule.

Cons

When there's no resets to be done. It's starvation nation. Sometimes you have to drive a little farther out to surrounding areas. No milage pay. You work in freezers, burrr. Some Kroger customers become aggravated with all the shuffling around necessary in reset. Like it is the end of the world.

Generous PTO. Seriously best in the business starting off at around 15 days Room for advancement Ability to shift easily to different teams if one isn't a good fit

Cons

Lower salary. If starting at ASP level, will consistently underpay as you get promoted. Getting a little too corporate. 2 days in the office isn't terrible but with Kroger full time RTO the idea of adding more in office days is in the air. The 8th floor is new and awesome but the 10th floor sucks
