Pros

steady work, work in the same store week after week, good rapport with Kroger Associates.

Cons

No paid administraive time. All paperwork has to be done off the clock which is illegal. MR's are allowed to bully and threaten Kompass reps to increase production.Kompass reps train new employees without added compensation. Kompass reps are punished for not being available for 40 plus hours per week although they will not receive 40 + hours of work. No benefits. No annual raises. Toxic work environment.

Pros

Generous PTO. Seriously best in the business starting off at around 15 days Room for advancement Ability to shift easily to different teams if one isn't a good fit

Cons

Lower salary. If starting at ASP level, will consistently underpay as you get promoted. Getting a little too corporate. 2 days in the office isn't terrible but with Kroger full time RTO the idea of adding more in office days is in the air. The 8th floor is new and awesome but the 10th floor sucks
