Worst Company I've Ever Worked For - Marketing Associate PLS Financial Services Employee Review

They do not care about their employees They talk about the PLS family but then laid off 25% of workers and the CEO's then made an announcement about how they are taking a 25% pay cut....because thats TOTALLY equivalent... 401K matching is terrible Time off policy is absolutely horrendous. They truly DO NOT value their employees who actually do work, instead they promote "yes" people instead of people who actually know about the industry. Worked many times with both of the Presidents and Senior Counsel, by far the dumbest Senior Management team I have ever came across.
