Pros
Pay, while your employed at PLS
Cons
This company will tell you anything, promise you anything and deliver nothing. I was fired in at a QBR meeting. They take your dignity away, have no regard that it is their policies you are implementing and are failing. You as a Director are held accountable for these policies that are rolled out , untested and not supported by a IT system that is inaccurate and antiquated. The owners and COO have loss touch with the very business the presume to know. HR is a enabler to this dehumanizing treatment and are by not setting standards of conduct that are both fair and reasonable for sub par performance, go along with the ambushing of employees. They support the promotion of individuals who never once made a profit, and do not follow the proper "paper trail" to release those who underperform. I did not want to believe that it who you say yes to matted when it came to performance, that your honest answers to questions would get you fired, but I was wrong. Thank you Dan, Bob and Brian, you have taught me a valuable lesson, never trust anyone, kiss your bosses behind, and tell them they are the smartest people in the building. Do that, get promoted, be honest, work hard, get fired.
