Pros

Great pay if you manage to qualify for bonus.

Cons

Management does NOT care about ANY of its employees outside of their corporate office on Wacker in Chicago. There are a few exceptions, but not many. It used to be a very nice job to go to everyday...happy coworkers, great bonuses and a positive atmosphere. This all came to a halt as soon as upper management started trying to help the support center run smoother and be more financially efficient. This was done by hiring Rob Fisher. His idea of running a better support center is implementing a micro-management culture. By doing this, production decreased, excellent and IMPORTANT employees and managers were either fired or they quit. Qualifying for bonus is now next to impossible. Employees are treated like children, not adults, and the atmosphere in the Oakbrook Support Center is EXTREMELY negative nowadays. The very sad part of this is that the owners, Dan and Bob Wolfberg, are either blind to this or they simply do not care. Their main focus is opening up new stores and fundraising for politicians. Whenever they come in to have a q&a with the employees, they refer 98% of the questions to other supervisors or managers because they are REALLY in the dark in regards to almost anything.

Pros

They give you a fifteen minute paid break and u can choose if you want to take a 30 minute break. Fridays everyone takes 15 and on first fridays of the month we get pizza

Cons

As a csr youre always standing, and it can get tiring a bit, if you work dmv you can sit down. Not allowed to use phones and if you use phone out in open it’s an automatic termination. We always have a store quota on the debit cards we have to sell, although there is no personal quota for employees
