Terrible Company - Assistant Store Manager PLS Financial Services Employee Review

Unqualified management that offers no positive reinforcement. Constant changes to procedures involving loan processes that make no sense at all and are probably due to lawsuits that are kept hush hush. These changes take place monthly from accepting debit cards to not accepting them the next month which leads to double work for store level employees and is not taken into consideration when speaking about company goals. Corporate and upper management will not hesitate to lie for each other also in order to protect their positions. I could go on and on but I'm actually at a good job now that I need to get back too
