You can choose what level of work you want to do. They won't push for unrealistic results. Things move a bit slow, so you need to be on top of it if you need something changed.

Cons

Immigration policies sucked at a point when i needed them the most. But there have been some changes and the newer employees who join the company might not face the same inconvenience as I did. Have everything openly discussed during negotiations prior to joining the company.
