Pros

They don't charge for parking. That's really the best thing about working at pmx . Also they have a weight room for employees and families. Not much left positive to say

Cons

Lies from the minute you walk in the door . Locker room sinks have no hot water. Lockers are 45 years old . Factory is filthy. Owner comes to visit all the garbage is taken out back and hidden . Employees extremely disenchanted. Turnover of over 500 people in 4 years . Only problem they don't employ 450 people in the whole company. President of company is a figure head . Not involved.

Pay is ok and benefits are not worth what the charge

Cons

They work you 24/7 and do not care about your health whatsoever, even if you have FMLA they do not care, constant harassment
