One person ruins the whole place!

Pros

Union members are easy to work with. Supervisors and area managers had the best if intentions for the most part.

Cons

I have never met an individual as horrible as one of the VP's. He is the worst case of upper management in every sense of the word. He is a person of the lowest character who has yelled, threatened, harassed and intimidated every individual he could. The truth is he is a weak person who uses any sort of power in the worst possible way. Until he leaves one should stay away at all costs.

Pros

I have been employed at PMX for more than 20 years and it is a great place to work! The benefits offered and wellness program are fantastic, the vacation time and wages are generous, the tuition reimbursement program is outstanding and the people who work there have become like a second family to me. PMX has treated me very well over the years and I am grateful to have been a team member for so long!

Cons

Sadly, PMX has gotten some pretty nasty reviews on this website that are not warranted and cast the company (unfairly) in a bad light. Honestly, there were some rough times in the past that fostered negativity, but there is new management in place now and the issues from the past should be left in the past. I do not have any “cons” to speak of when it comes to my employment there.

Pros

The people I work with are awesome and the pay is definatly good. I like the job as well and picked up on things fairly quickly.

Cons

The management has no foresight when it comes to planning production schedules or maintenance schedules. They would rather have us run every day off until we are out of material and then curtail us and send people home on their scheduled day after having forced them to work their days off. The management also waits for machinery to critically fail before doing anything to prevent said failure even when the are awear of parts that are failing and need replaced.

There has been much more focus on preventative maintenance and production scheduling over the course of the last 18 months. Your comments are appreciated .
