Pros
I made some good friends at pmx that was really the only goodthing I can think of to say about the company
Cons
They treat you like dog poop has more value then you do. Thay make it very obvious that you are just a number and are very expendable. Want to have a life with your family then dont work at pmx! They say when they hire you that you will work 3 days one week and 4 days the next all 12 hour shifts of course but in reality you will work 10 days straight get a day off because they are forced to after 10 days due to the contract and then right back at another 10 days in a row. Need a day off? Yeah good luck with that ask for one and they tell you that unless you have vacation time to use you will be wrote up for not being there even if it is suppose to be your day off. As for the managment they are so full of themselves that they have openly said they dont care how m a ny people that they go through eventually they will find people desperate enough to work that they will do everything they are told no matter what. They talk about safety until its not convenient for themthen they tell you to just get it done no matter what, and when your done they will then proceed to walk you out the door and fire you for violating safety rules. That is the kind of people who are in charge at pmx.
