Pros
There was free Gatorade and Water in the summer. A handful of people were awesome to work with. There's not much more than that.
Cons
Management is a joke. Communication is non existent. Disciplinary actions are out the window. Instead of a warning you just get walked out. When you do go to HR with an issue with an employee, they tell you to confront them first then come back. When you confront them about the actions of another employee they demand photographic proof before they'll do anything. They assign you tasks that you have no idea how to do and they tell you "take a shot at it" then you get in trouble when it's wrong. You go to school to get a degree to meet requirements for the possibility to move up, and when you graduate they decide to up the requirements. The turn over rate is so high you are constantly running after new hires cleaning up because the people who were the trainers got fired. New management is already looking for new jobs and aren't committed.
