Pros

Good wages and good people to work with. Very good insurance and decent benefits. All the supervisors in my department are good to work for.

Cons

All lot of overtime at times. Some parts of the plant can get dirty. Depending on your department it can be cold in winter and hot in summer.

Pay is ok and benefits are not worth what the charge

Cons

They work you 24/7 and do not care about your health whatsoever, even if you have FMLA they do not care, constant harassment
